Terms & Conditions - AXLROD Partner

1. Nature of Relationship (Independent Contractor)

You ("Partner") agree that:

• You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of AXLROD
• Nothing in this Agreement creates:
  • Employer-employee relationship
  • Partnership or joint venture

You are solely responsible for:

• Taxes (GST, income tax, etc.)
• Insurance
• Compliance with applicable laws

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

To onboard as a Partner, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide valid:
  • Government ID (Aadhaar / PAN / DL)
  • Bank / UPI details
• Complete verification checks (including background verification if required)

AXLROD reserves the right to approve or reject onboarding at its sole discretion.

3. Platform Usage & Job System

• Jobs are made available through the Platform
• You may accept or reject requests within a defined time
• Failure to respond may:
  • Reduce visibility
  • Affect ranking
  • Lead to temporary restrictions

Once accepted:

• You are obligated to complete the service professionally

4. Earnings, Commission & Payouts

• Earnings are based on successfully completed services
• AXLROD may deduct:
  • Platform commission
  • Service fees
  • Applicable taxes
• Payments are processed via:
  • Razorpay / Bank Transfer / UPI
• AXLROD acts as a collection agent on your behalf
• Payout timelines:
  • As per platform policy (e.g., T+1 / T+3)

5. Cancellations & Penalties

• Cancelling after accepting a job may result in:
  • Penalty charges
  • Reduced ranking

AXLROD may:

• Withhold payouts in case of:
  • Fraud
  • Disputes
  • Policy violations

6. Conduct & Service Standards

You agree to:

• Provide services with due skill, care, and professionalism
• Maintain customer safety and dignity
• Avoid:
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation
  • Harassment or misconduct

7. Ratings & Performance Management

• User ratings and feedback impact:
  • Visibility
  • Job allocation
• Repeated low ratings may lead to:
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from platform

8. Partner Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Service execution
• Tools, equipment, and materials
• Compliance with local laws and licenses
• Maintaining quality standards

9. Liability & Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for:
  • Service quality
  • Any damages, injuries, or losses caused

AXLROD shall not be liable for:

• Acts or omissions of Partners
• Service failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXLROD, its directors, employees, and affiliates against:

• Claims arising from your actions
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

11. Suspension & Termination

AXLROD may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Fraud or misconduct
• Policy violations
• Legal non-compliance

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Platform.

12. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed as per the Partner Privacy Policy.

You consent to:

• KYC verification
• Data sharing for service execution

13. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, brand, and technology are owned by AXLROD
• You may not:
  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Misuse platform assets

14. Non-Circumvention

You agree NOT to:

• Bypass the platform to directly transact with users introduced via AXLROD

15. Force Majeure

AXLROD shall not be liable for failure or delay due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Network or system failures

16. Dispute Resolution

• Governed by laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra

AXLROD may choose arbitration for dispute resolution.

17. Modifications

AXLROD reserves the right to update these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
